Our Mustang Archers used the hype of qualifying for state to propel them to new levels in their match at Wyan Pine Grove Elementary in London today!
They earned a new team high score of 2670, placing 3rd in a competitive field of elementary teams! This score is 258 points above their previous high score! This team score reflects the tremendous individual growth our Mustang Archers are experiencing.
Kholer Carpenter led the boys with a new personal best of 250, and took 5th place in the elementary boys division!
Kinley Hunt shot a new personal best of 245, and took 2nd place for the elementary girls division!
We are so proud of these Mustangs and their leadership!
The success did not stop with a new team high score, or medals and personal bests for Kholer and Kinley. THIRTEEN more of our Mustang Archers earned personal bests, which is absolutely remarkable!
These archers include
- Jason Doan 235
- Tanner Brock-Mason 229
- Chloe Tankersley 228 (special recognition: Chloe showed over 100 points growth over her previous match score!)
- Aubrey Smith 217
